Online Yoga Classes

Come and be part of my online yoga community, let’s practice yoga, stay grounded and connected!

Please see the schedule below to book yourself into the classes that you would like to join. Just click on the chosen session and select the desired options. Or scroll below the schedule for more detailed instructions.

How to book:

  1. Select the class and then select ticket on the right-hand side.  You will see the “Select” button change to the number 1.
  2. You can book multiple sessions by returning to the schedule and selecting the class as described in the previous step.
  3. Click “View Selection” which takes you to the summary of your booking.
  4. Click “Book now” and you are taken through to a page where you can enter your email address.
  5. Click “Continue” then fill out your name details (or other attendee if you book for additional people).
  6. Click “Continue” and you are through to the payment page. Please note that only the offline payment is currently enabled. Please click the check-box to agree to the offline payment terms.
  7. Finally click “Complete booking”. You will be shown a page with a reference number (this is also emailed to you) and your booking is complete!
  8. You can set a password to create an account on bookwhen, so that next time you book, you can login and see the classes you have already booked and paid for.

For the live sessions, I open it 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the class to allow us to settle down and start on time.

All you need is some space to roll out your yoga mat. The beauty of online yoga is that you can enjoy the relaxation from the comfort of a chair, sofa or maybe even your bed!
